Oval Blue Floral Broken China & Sterling Pendant K0330

This elegant blue and white floral “Broken China” pendant is made from vintage china that is hand-cut, then shaped and bezel-set into sterling silver. The china pattern in this piece is Crown Ducal “Bristol”, in lovely shades of blue. Wonderfully “Shabby Chic”!

The pendant features beaded sterling wire around the edge, and is marked "Kimagine" on the back.

To make the pendant, I marked the shape on the china, nipped it to a rough shape, and then ground the edges smooth with lapidary equipment. I then made a custom sterling setting for the piece.

Since this is made from a real, vintage item, there may be areas where the china has a few scratches and scuffs, or some minor chipping. Consider it part of its vintage charm!
